Authorized agents
You may authorize another person to submit a privacy request on your behalf where permitted by applicable law. We may require documentation establishing the agent's authority and may take steps to verify the request.
Response time and appeals
We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. Where applicable, if Park Planet declines a privacy request, you may request an appeal by contacting us and identifying the original request and the reason for your appeal.
Sale or sharing of personal information
Park Planet does not state that it sells or shares personal information for purposes covered by California law unless its actual data practices meet those definitions. Before publication, confirm whether Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, remarketing platforms, or other advertising technologies are installed. If such technologies constitute sale or sharing under California law, additional privacy controls and a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism may be required.
