Challenge

A parking lot is easy to ignore until heat, glare, and fading interiors become a facilities issue. Adding shade cannot block drive aisles, lights, or future solar if that is on the roadmap.

Result

The lot is cooler for staff, visitors, and students walking to campus. Shade does everyday work — and can support a solar conversation without delaying the cover itself.
